"We commissioned Jo to paint a watercolour memorial portrait of our beloved cat, and the result was truly beautiful. She captured not only the likeness but also the gentle personality and spirit we remember so fondly. The colours are soft and expressive, and every detail feels thoughtful and heartfelt. Jo was also an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process; warm, kind, and reassuring at every stage. ★★★★★
"We had just lost our beloved dog Mac and I longed for a portrait to remember him by. After getting in touch with Jo Shepherd Pet Portraits I was convinced she was the right artist to create the portrait and I was right.
Jo was kind and caring throughout the process. She went the extra mile for us and the end result was a superb portrait which captures not just Mac's exact appearance, but more importantly his character.
Jo kept us in touch with her progress throughout the journey and I cannot express strongly enough our delight and thanks to her for the whole experience. Should anyone ask who I'd recommend to paint their beloved pet I'd have no hesitation in telling them to contact Jo. My heartfelt thanks."

★★★★★
"Jo completed a wonderful portrait of our mixed terrier, Maurice. Her communication before commissioning, during the process, and throughout delivery was excellent.
She's very friendly, approachable, and makes the whole process collaborative. We received photos of the various stages and could give comments and input if required. We didn't have many comments though, as she did a fantastic job of capturing Maurice's character in watercolour. Thanks Jo!"
