You don't need to have everything worked out before getting in touch.
Whether you're thinking about gifting a portrait, wondering which size would suit your pet, or you're unsure if your photos are suitable, send me a message and we'll work it out together.
What to include in your message:
There's no need to write everything perfectly. Just tell me a little about what you have in mind, such as:
- What you're looking for - Is it a portrait for yourself, a gift or perhaps a memorial portrait?
- Your pet - you could tell me their name and whether it's a dog, cat, horse or other pet.
- The size you're considering - if you already have one in mind. If not, I can advise you on the different options.
- Your photos - you're welcome to attach a few photos if you'd like me to take a look. Perhaps you already have one in mind, or you need help choosing.
- Anything else you'd like me to know - such as a particular pose, background, deadline or special request.
- Where you're from - I always love to hear where my customers are from! I find it exciting to know where my portraits will be headed! If you're enquiring from overseas, just let me know in your message - I'll be happy to provide you with shipping details and costs.

Ordering Your Pet Portrait | FAQs
Here are answers to the questions I’m most commonly asked in contact form enquiries. Other popular questions are answered on my FAQ page
Most portraits are completed within 1–2 weeks, though the exact timing depends on the size, number of pets, and pet type or breed.
Once I receive your message via the contact form, I’ll be able to give you a more precise timescale and keep you updated throughout the process.
I make it simple and flexible! You can pay via:
- Instant bank transfer
- PayPal
- Cash in person
- Revolut etc
A 25% deposit secures your spot on my waiting list, with the remaining balance due once your painting is finished.
I use special next-day delivery guaranteed by 1 pm, and I’ll liaise with you to choose a delivery day that works best for you.
If you’re further afield or outside the UK, please include this in your message and I’ll talk you through the best delivery options.
Please upload the original files where possible — not downloads from Facebook, Instagram, or screenshots, as this reduces the quality of the image.
Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting help me capture your pet’s personality perfectly.
