Most portraits are completed within 1–2 weeks, though the exact timing depends on the size, number of pets, and pet type or breed.
Once I receive your message via the contact form, I’ll be able to give you a more precise timescale and keep you updated throughout the process.

A 25% deposit secures your spot on my waiting list, with the remaining balance due once your painting is finished.
I use special next-day delivery guaranteed by 1 pm, and I’ll liaise with you to choose a delivery day that works best for you.
If you’re further afield or outside the UK, please include this in your message and I’ll talk you through the best delivery options.
Please upload the original files where possible — not downloads from Facebook, Instagram, or screenshots, as this reduces the quality of the image.
