Ordering a pet portrait online can feel daunting, and I want you to know that I’m happy to answer any questions you might have:
- You can use the contact form to send me a message and attach your photos. It's that simple and it's obligation-free.
- I'm extremely friendly and quick to reply. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours

A small 25% deposit is required before I start your portrait:
- The rest of the payment is due once the portrait is approved
- You can pay the deposit via instant bank transfer or PayPal

Once your portrait is finished, I’ll share a preview so you can be sure everything feels just right.
- I’ll send a clear photo of your portrait for approval before postage.
- Small tweaks can be made at this stage if necessary. Please make sure that any concerns relating to likeness are brought up in the early stages.
- Final payment is only requested once you’re fully happy with your portrait.

Your portrait is carefully packaged to keep it safe and pristine on its way to you.
- All portraits are sent flat and well protected to ensure extra security.
- UK delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, with tracking for peace of mind. (Prices vary between £10-£15 depending on portrait size)
- International postage is also available. Please get in touch for up-to-date quotes, which is dependent on currency conversion rates at the time.
